In this package you will learn all the basic steps and the Ayurveda's principles to guide you towards  a solid foundation to implement healthy habits that will increase your quality of life.

This is a journey towards self-love and self-responsibility.

Sleep Hygiene

This session touches upon the need to nurture sleep hygiene to ensure that we as humanitarian aid workers are the best version of ourselves. The session provided simple solutions based on scientific theory and supports the participants in their selfcare and wellness journey.

Basic meditation practice

Meditation training to allow the participant to understand the basics of the practice and integrate meditation into their routine. Building resilience and nurturing self awareness.

Yin Yoga practice

This session is a combination of Yin Yoga, vinyasa yoga, breathing techniques and self-soothing massage. The session creates a safe nurturing space and guides the participants through a specially designed sequence which is specifically designed to increase and then lower the heartrate in a gentle and relaxing way.

Boundaries

This is an interactive session and requires the participant to work on their internal understanding of boundaries and how different mechanisms exist to support them and their empowerment as aid workers in challenging environments. The session uses role play and situational examples to present the concepts.
